Sparkling Earl of Lavender Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 to 3 ounces Lavender Earl Grey
- ¼ cup Blackberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ lemon
- Top with Blackberry Seltzer
- Lemon slice, garnish
- Blackberries, garnish
Directions:
- Steep the Lavender Earl Grey for 3 minutes and then refrigerate until chilled.
- In a small bowl add in the blackberries and sugar, muddle together.
- In a glass add in the muddled blackberries and ice.
- Add in the chilled tea and the juice of ½ a lemon.
- Gently stir and top with blackberry seltzer.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh blackberries.
Summer Love Lemonade Spritzer Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces Summer Love Lemonade
- 1 ounce Pineapple Juice
- Top with Orange Seltzer
- Orange Slice, Garnish
- Fresh Mint, Garnish
Directions:
- Steep the Summer Love Lemonade for 5 minutes and then refrigerate until chilled.
- In a tall glass with ice, add in the chilled tea and pineapple juice.
- Top off with the orange seltzer.
- Garnish with a slice of orange and fresh mint.
White Champagne Raspberry Rosé Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces White Champagne Raspberry
- ¼ cup raspberries with fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 ounce pomegranate juice
- Top with Rosé
- Raspberry, garnish
Directions:
- Steep the White Champagne Raspberry for 3 minutes and then refrigerate until chilled.
- In a small bowl, add in the raspberries, mint leaves, and sugar. Muddle together.
- In a stemless Champagne flute add in the muddled raspberries, chilled tea, and pomegranate juice. Lightly stir to combine.
- Top with Rosé.
Assam Tropical Breeze Rum-tea-ni
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Assam Tropical Breeze
- ¼ cup Pineapple
- 1 ounce Pineapple Juice
- 1 ounce Passionfruit Juice
- 2 ounces Malibu Rum
- Orange slice, garnish
Directions:
- Steep the Assam Tropical Breeze for 3 minutes and then refrigerate until chilled.
- Finely chop up the pineapple.
- In a martini glass add in the pineapple to the bottom.
- Add in the chilled tea, pineapple juice, passionfruit juice, and Malibu rum.
- Gently stir and garnish with an orange slice.
