Christmas is here and so are the fun filled events that come with this time of year! Are you looking for the perfect Christmas Cocktail to serve to customers? Then look no further, here at TeaVendor we have the perfect festive tea based cocktails for you! Bianca and Siobhán, our tea enthusiast YouTubers, have even made these cocktails themselves and given both a thumbs up! One video has already dropped on our TeaVendor YouTube channel, and the next is coming soon! Below you will find two recipes, a Christmas Spiced Tea Punch and a festive Holiday Mimosa.
Christmas Spiced Tea Punch
Ingredients:

6 tablespoons of Oh Christmas Tree tea
-
2 bottles of Spiced Ginger Beer
-
1 bottle of Prosecco
-
1 bottle of sparkling apple juice or cider
-
Cinnamon sticks for garnish
-
Sliced apples for garnish
-
Cranberries for garnish
Directions:
-
In a large pitcher, add 3 cups of cold water and the six tablespoons of Chado Tea’s Oh Christmas Tree tea.

Cover and refrigerate the tea overnight, or for at least 8 hours.

Once fully steeped, strain out the tea and set aside.

In a punch bowl, combine the iced Oh Christmas Tree tea, ginger beer, prosecco, and sparkling apple cider.

Add in a cinnamon stick or two for a little extra flavor.

Gently stir and garnish with a cinnamon stick, apple slice, and cranberries.
Holiday Mimosas
Ingredients:
-
1 cup of filtered water
-
½ cup pomegranate juice
-
2 apples, roughly chopped
-
1 cup of whole fresh cranberries
-
1 cup of whole fresh raspberries
-
1 cup of pomegranate seeds
-
1 bottle of Champagne or Prosecco
-
Rosemary sprigs for garnish
Directions:
-
Steep the two White Champagne Raspberry PTBs for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on strength preference.

Remove the tea and sweeten the tea to taste with the sweetener of your choice. EX: honey, sugar, agave syrup, or maple syrup.

In a large pitcher, add in the apples, cranberries, raspberries, and pomegranate seeds.

To the pitcher add in the tea and pomegranate juice.

In champagne flutes, add in the tea mixture and top with champagne or prosecco.

Garnish with rosemary sprigs and enjoy!
