Kenyan Purple Tea Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Kenya Purple Tea 
  • Splash of fresh lemon juice 
  • 8 ounces water

Instructions: 

  1. Bring the water to a boil, between 175*F and 185*F.
  2. Add the Kenyan Purple tea to a tea infuser and place in a cup. 
  3. Allow the tea to steep for 3  minutes.
  4. Remove the infuser and add a splash of fresh lemon juice, enjoy!

    Beautiful tea leaves I would use the recipe for green or white tea with this one though. Quite strong with a lot of tannin
